Draft Refund Policy
Plus is still in development and cannot currently create a charge. When the service launches, the planned 30-day trial will allow testing before the first US$1.50 monthly charge. Cancellation will stop future renewal without deleting local extension data.
Cancel before a charge
Use Manage billing in the Plus settings to cancel before the trial or current billing period ends. Access remains available through that date. Cancellation does not normally create a prorated refund for time remaining in an active period.
Requesting a refund
If a charge was duplicated, unauthorized, technically incorrect, or made after a cancellation should have taken effect, contact us promptly with the Stripe or Link transaction reference and the account email. Do not send card numbers, recovery codes, or extension data.
Other requests made within 14 days of a charge will be reviewed in good faith based on service usage, the reason for the request, Stripe Managed Payments procedures, and applicable consumer law. This does not guarantee a refund where the service was delivered as described.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe Managed Payments to the original payment method. Bank processing time and currency conversion are outside our control. Stripe and Link adjust taxes and billing records where applicable.
Mandatory rights
Nothing in this policy limits refund, withdrawal, chargeback, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in your jurisdiction.
